Winter Running Tips   One of the most important tips for the winter runner is to hydrate, drink lots of water and fluids.  The colder weather tends to be quite dry and can quickly dehydrate you creating other discomforts.  Always make sure you are drinking enough water on your runs.  Remember to bring a water bottle with you.

The Winter Running Base Layer -  Your base layer should always consist of technical fabrics and not a cotton tee.  Cotton shirts will hold moisture and end up freezing a some point making you feel colder and will increase the chances of hypothermia.  Helly Hansen makes some great base layers, well know for ski clothing they have some great products.  Under Armour is also a great choice, gives the bulk of winter running gear to a minimum with their sleak designs.
